Kids’ Space Raffle – Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: July 15, 2025

1. Eligibility

• Open to individuals 18 years or older at the time of entry.
• Entrants must be Oklahoma residents and legally eligible to possess a firearm in the state of Oklahoma.
• Employees or board members of Kids’ Space, their immediate families, and raffle administrators are not eligible to win.
• All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law.

2. No Purchase Necessary

• A donation is not required to enter or win.
• To enter without a donation, individuals may request a raffle entry by mailing a self-addressed, stamped envelope with their name, phone number, and email to:
  Kids’ Space, Attn: Raffle Entry – 400 Court St., Muskogee, OK 74401
  Limit one entry per person via mail. Must be received by Friday, August 15, 2025.

3. Entry

• Raffle ticket entries are available in exchange for suggested donations ($10/ticket or 3 for $20).
• Donations do not increase odds of winning.
• All entries must be received by Friday, August 29, 2025, 11:59 PM CT. Late entries will not be accepted.

4. Prize Details

• Prize: Tokarev TAR 12P.
• Winner is responsible for all transfer requirements, background checks, fees, and any applicable taxes.
• Firearm prize must be transferred through a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) in accordance with federal law.
• If the winner is not eligible to legally possess the firearm, or fails the required background check, they will forfeit the prize and an alternate winner may be selected.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

• Winner will be drawn at random on September 2, 2025.
• The winner will be contacted via phone and/or email within 3 business days.
• If the winner cannot be reached within 7 days or is deemed ineligible, another winner will be selected.

6. Publicity

• By entering, participants agree to allow Kids’ Space to use their name, photo, and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

7. General Conditions

• Kids’ Space reserves the right to cancel or modify the raffle if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its control impairs the integrity of the raffle.
• Kids’ Space shall not be responsible for technical failures, late or lost entries, or any errors in administration.

8. Tax Information

• This is conducted for charitable purposes by Kids’ Space Child Advocacy Center, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, EIN: 73-1424859.
• Donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Please consult your tax advisor.
• The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes.

9. Compliance

• This raffle complies with Oklahoma Statutes Title 3A §419, which permits raffles by 501(c)(3) organizations.
• The raffle is conducted solely within the state of Oklahoma.
