Annette is a Family Nurse Practitioner who is dedicated to helping children and adults who are victims of abuse, with healing and overcoming the challenges associated with trauma. Annette earned a Bachelor of Nursing degree graduating with honors from the University of Oklahoma, a Master of Nursing degree with a Minor in Public Health from the University of Minnesota, and a second graduate degree as an APRN from Post University. She is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, a board-certified Advanced Forensic Nurse, a board-certified Sexual Assault examiner for Adults and Adolescents, and a board-certified Sexual Assault examiner for Pediatrics. She has received recognition and awards for her forensic nursing work. She is the owner of Forensic Medical Services and contracts with a variety of entities including Kids Space where she provides forensic medical examinations which include sexual abuse and physical abuse exams.
